Collingwood Advisory, one of the world’s leading growth consultancies for publishers and media companies, has opened up its renowned Crescent program for new members joining in January 2023.

Open to publishers worldwide in English-speaking markets, Crescent is a scaleup program designed to help founders and CEOs of smaller and early-stage media companies break through the £3m/$4m revenue ceiling and scale-up.

The program combines one-to-one advice and structured work on members’ business plans from highly experienced publishing professionals and leaders, as well as group workshops with specialists in product development, sales, marketing and corporate finance.

Applications are now open through November, with applicants receiving a free Value Creation Report. The diagnostic includes a Scaleup Scorecard which tells Founders where their company is at in terms of its maturity and ability to scale. It also includes the company persona and associated strengths & challenges. Successful applicants revisit the Value Creation Report diagnostic at the end of the 12-month program to review their progression and growth.

Often we see Founders leaving money or market share on the table because of all the opportunities in front of them. For us, seeing how effective Crescent has been at turning the dial on growth and value for members is incredibly rewarding.

Piers Bearne, Founder & CEO of Collingwood Advisory

Cobus Heyl, Co-Founder of Di5rupt – a participant in this year’s program – comments, “The Crescent program is not only about structured learning, but about tapping into the expertise of those who have built and sold businesses, connecting with cohorts and learning from one another, and, through Collingwood, getting access to a vast network of people sharing experiences, solutions, and support that will benefit your business and you.

Apply now to start the 12-month program in January 2023, or get in touch with Chris Kilbee or Pauline Coulter for more information.
