Join Media Voices, What’s New in Publishing and Sovrn in a virtual event to launch this year’s Media Moments report, followed by a panel of publishing experts discussing how they will be navigating challenges and opportunities in 2022 and beyond.
Now in its fourth year, the Media Moments report rounds up all the key events and trends that have shaped the publishing and media landscape this year. Media Voices’ Chris Sutcliffe, Peter Houston and Esther Kezia Thorpe write about key developments in platforms, advertising, subscription trends, eCommerce, and emerging technologies like the metaverse and NFTs.
Media Voices is pleased to be able to bring you this report in association with What’s New in Publishing, and with the support of our sponsors Sovrn. As publishers begin the long road to recovery from the pandemic, it is vital to take a moment to reflect on the year that has passed, in order to be able to shape a strategic response for the future. We hope that Media Moments 2021 will go some way towards helping you do that.
To celebrate the release of the report, we are inviting you to our launch event on Wednesday 1st December at 11am-12pm EST / 4pm-5pm GMT.
The Media Voices team will present a summary of the report’s key findings, followed by a panel discussion with publishing experts looking at the opportunities and challenges publishers are facing going into 2022.
We’re excited to be joined by Brian Morrissey of The Rebooting newsletter and podcast, Charlotte Tobitt of Press Gazette, Professor Lucy Kueng of the Reuters Institute, and Dominic Perkins from Sovrn.
Registration for the event is free, and all registrants will receive an early copy of the Media Moments 2021 report after the event ahead of its general release on Thursday 2nd December.
