Two of the biggest wellness events of 2021 will take place throughout the month of January, as both Men’s Health and Women’s Health launch their very own virtual Weekenders – with leading personalities from the wellness world all coming together to deliver a plethora of free content straight to their audiences’ homes.

Streamed on Men’s Health and Women’s Health YouTube channels and promoted on other social channels, a host of globally renowned stars will provide game-changing workouts, wellness tips, mental health advice and expert cook-alongs. “The Men’s Health and Women’s Health Weekenders set a new standard when it comes to the virtual wellness experience, and – thanks to our thriving digital platforms – both will allow consumers to get more out of their lives, straight from their homes. We’d like to thank all of the amazingly talented individuals taking part in the Weekenders – their support really has helped us to take these events to a whole new level.”

The Women Health Weekenders have drawn on the power of the UK’s number one women’s wellness brand to secure the likes of presenter Davina McCall, reality TV star Vogue Williams and trailblazing personal trainer Jillian Michaels. It follows the two immensely successful Women’s Health Live Virtual events from 2020 that saw over 14 million views across all platforms.

“When we launched our first virtual events in 2019, we were overwhelmed by the public’s reaction, and now our Weekenders promise even more when it comes to fitness, mental wellbeing and healthy eating. In addition to the star-studded list of celebrities joining us, there’s doctors, dermatologists, entrepreneurs, nutritionists and loads more for people to enjoy. We’re extremely grateful too for the help of all supporting brands and can’t wait for the action to start.”

“Men’s Health strives to help modern men of all ages succeed in every area of their lives – and our virtual Weekenders do that, and more, with a host of experts geared around the full wellness spectrum. From pulse-racing workouts with the new Men’s Health Squad and the fittest man in history, to cooking with top UK chefs, to mindfulness sessions with global experts, there’s an unrivalled level of access to genuine leaders within their field. As our biggest ever virtual event, it promises to set a benchmark for men’s health.”
