Blend Media signs new deal with ONE by AOL as it embraces immersive 360˚ video boom

Blend Media – provider of 360˚ video and virtual reality content – has announced a new distribution agreement with Oath’s ONE by AOL platform to enable publishers worldwide to deploy 360˚ video across their inventory.

The deal, which was brokered out of Blend’s US office in Miami,  will allow publishers without 360˚ videos of their own to leverage Blend Media’s extensive library of premium 360˚ video content on their owned and operated websites, monetized through the ONE by AOL platform.

ONE by AOL: Publishers is an easy-to-use, unified programmatic solution designed to help publishers maximize monetization across every format and channel. Featuring a curated library of over 1.7 million videos available to publishers. ONE by AOL: Publishers  connects content generators with content seekers, and enables publishers to leverage cutting edge video players that are customizable and offer premium ad experiences to boost viewability and create new video inventory where there previously was none.

The news comes just weeks after Blend announced a strategic partnership with Facebook to grow the community of professional immersive video creators.
